SUY-0, SUY-1, SUY-2, SUY-3 is a Soft Magnetic Irons with extremely low Carbon and low Impurities Steels
This grade is specified in “JIS C2504 Soft magnetic Irons”, and is generally called “Pure iron”.
SUY is classified into four types, from Type 0 (SUY-0) to Type 3 (SUY-3), depending on the value of magnetic properties.
Because of low carbon and Impurities, good drawability and soft magnetic properties, it is mainly used for motor applications.
and recently, magnetic shielding application are also increasing. Magnetic properties include magnetic flux density and
coercive force, which can be maximized by magnetic annealing again after cold working.
What is the difference between SUYP and SUYB?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In some cases, SUY is followed by P or B to indicate SUYP-1 or SUYB-1.\u3000
This means P: Plate (plate\/strip\/strip) and B: Bar (bar\/wire), and is an expression of shape within the name of the steel grade.
Example: SUYP-1 = SUY-1 with the shape of P (Plate, Strip, Stripe)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EU RoHS 2 Compliant (Directive 2011\/65\/EU) \u2013 EU RoHS 2 refers to Directive 2011\/65\/EU on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). It replaced the first EU RoHS directive 2002\/95\/EC (RoHS 1) and entered into force
on 21 July 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Like RoHS 1, RoHS 2 restricts the use of certain hazardous substances (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls,
polybrominated diphenyl ethers) in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). Compared to RoHS 1, RoHS 2 not only expanded the scope of
products covered, but also imposed new obligations on EEE manufacturers to prepare EU declaration of conformity and affix CE markings
on finished products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RoHS Directive aims to reduce the risks to human health and the environment by replacing and restricting hazardous chemical substances
in electric and electronic equipment. The Directive also aims to improve the prospects of cost-effective and sustainable recycling of material

RoHS is short for \u201cRestriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Sometimes,
the RoHS Directive 2011\/65\/EC is called RoHS 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
