the third-generation rare-earth permanent magnet material,<br>known as the \u201cmagnetic king,\u201d and is currently the strongest permanent magnetic material in the world,<br>with excellent magnetic properties. It is produced by mixing neodymium, iron, boron, and other trace<br>elements into alloy powders, which are then ground into powder, molded under pressure, and sintered<br>at high temperatures. Its main component is Nd2Fe14B. Due to its outstanding magnetic properties,<br>sintered NdFeB is widely used in various applications requiring high-intensity magnetic fields, such as<br>motors and generators, magnetic levitation technology, magnetic separation equipment, nuclear magnetic<br>resonance imaging (MRI) in medical devices, and consumer electronics such as headphones and<br>hard disk drives, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High magnetic performance: Sintered NdFeB magnets have extremely high magnetic energy product (BHmax),<br>typically ranging from 40 to 50 MGOe, with a maximum of up to 60 MGOe, which is more than ten times higher<br>than traditional ferrite magnets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High coercivity: They possess high coercivity, able to resist the demagnetizing effects of strong magnetic fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperature stability: The maximum operating temperature for high-performance products can reach 200\u00b0C,<br>but it is generally recommended to use them in environments below 150\u00b0C to ensure magnetic stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Machinability: Despite being relatively hard and brittle, sintered NdFeB can be processed into various shapes<br>through cutting, drilling, and other machining methods to meet different application requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, sintered NdFeB is susceptible to corrosion from moisture and oxygen in the environment, so surface<br>coating treatment is usually required to prevent oxidation and corrosion. Common coatings include zinc plating,<br>nickel plating, nickel-copper-nickel plating, epoxy resin, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alloy Melting<br>The main raw materials of sintered NdFeB permanent magnets are rare earth, iron and ferroboron, as well as<br>cobalt, aluminum, copper, gallium, etc. The prepared raw materials are melted into alloy flakes under vacuum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hydrogen Decrepitation<br>Based on the hydrogen absorption and expansion principle of rare earth metals, alloy flakes are decrepitated into<br>millimeter grade NdFeB coarse powder, which is stored in sealed containers for anti-oxidation.<br>PERMANENT MAGNET has imported the continuous controlled atmosphere annealing furnace developed by Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jet Milling<br>Driven by high pressure gas, the NdFeB coarse powder collides with each other and decrepitates, and the particle<br>size of the powder was refined to micron level to obtain the NdFeB fine powder. The fine powder is also stored in<br>sealed containers for anti-oxidation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sintering&amp;Annealing<br>After vacuum sintering and aging, NdFeB compacts can improve physical properties such as density, strength,<br>remanence and coercivity. PERMANENT MAGNET has imported several multi-chamber continuous vacuum<br>sintering furnaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Machining<br>The sintered NdFeB compacts shall be machined into black sheet of various specifications and models. The machining<br>methods mainly include: coreless grinding, double-side grinding, linear cutting, slicing, drilling, holing, tapping, etc.<br>After machining, the specifications include: square, disc, circular ring, tile shape, special shape, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grain Boundary Diffusion<br>Different types and quantities of substances are directly introduced into the grain boundary region of the magnets to<br>react with the original grain boundary phase during sintering and subsequent aging process, so as to change the<br>composition and structure of the grain boundary phase, and to further improve the properties of the magnets and<br>reduce the addition amount of heavy rare earth in the magnets with high coercivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coating<br>Surface Treatment is an important means to improve the surface protection capability of magnets. PERMANENT MAGNET<br>has several full-automatic coating production lines to realize surface passivation, zinc plating, nickel plating, copper plating,<br>electrophoretic epoxy, vacuum aluminum plating, zinc-aluminum spraying, etc. of magnets, meeting the requirements of<br>different use environments of magnets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspection<br>PERMANENT MAGNET can carry out many testing items such as magnetic performance, service characteristics and element<br>analysis to provide reliable inspection guarantee and service for customers. The full-automatic inspection equipment makes<br>the inspection efficiency improved rapidly and the inspection data more accurate. The analysis and testing center of the company<br>has obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate issued by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity<br>Assessment (CNAS), becoming one of the few CNAS accredited laboratories in the industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magnetizing<br>Through the instantaneous pulse strong current in the coil, the coil produces an ultra-strong magnetic field,<br>making NdFeB products magnetized.<br>The magnetization direction can be divided into thickness magnetization, radial magnetization, multipole magnetization, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Packing<br>Products are packed according to customer and company standards to suit the transportation requirements of cars, trains,<br>ships and airplanes, and to safely deliver to
